My name is Lee. Think of me as your personal guide through the maze of confusing jargon, your misbehaving equipment, and the constantly changing world of computing equipment and Internet technology. Whether you need a personal coach, help during a project when you hit a bump in the road, or a full-service professional, I will help. But I am not the typical IT professional who will come in and tell you that your 'RAM DIMM is not matched with your Front-Side Bus, and therefore the Quad-Core isn't fully pushing the 64-bit architecture.' No, I speak English!
Well, let me rephrase that: I speak English AND computer jargon. And I understand that you may not speak computer-ese, so I will explain technical concepts in plain English so that you can understand as much as you want to. I use no smoke and mirrors in my work, just a well-rounded blend of experience, technical intuition, and common sense.
Here's another idea that might blow your mind: I respond to you in a timely and appropriate manner. I know, what a concept! Too often, when you need IT support the most, is when your calls and email are not answered quickly. I hate that, too. So that is why I respect your time and priorities as much as my own.
Who, What, Where, When
I love helping people - computers and technology is just the method in which I do so. Everyone from high school and college students, to adults, to seniors. And not just individuals, many of my clients are small businesses because they also recognize the value of my services. My small business clients are organizations that use and depend on technology for their business to operate, but don't have the need or budget for a full-time IT staff member. This is where I come in - whenever you call!
I offer a large range of services and value to all my clients. Some just call me in a pinch, when there's a problem to be solved. Some to discuss upgrading or expanding their equipment. Other times, a client would just like to have a brainstorming session with me to find a creative approach for a project. Or maybe it's time for their website to be created or updated. And I also work with some clients on an ongoing basis for equipment and network maintanance to minimize future issues. Consider me the dessert tray at your favorite resteraunt, and you can pick and choose what's right for you on any given day. And there's always room for seconds. Please see a more specific list of available services here.
Currently, I am working with clients in Bucks and Montgomery counties, and several areas of Philadelphia such as Center City, the NorthEast, Germantown, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Roxborough and Manayunk. I am always looking to expand my service area, so please don't be discouraged if you live in an area that I didn't mention. But non-Philadelphians fear not, I can serve your needs remotely with secure technology that will allow me to work with you as if I were in the room.
At this point, I see clients at most times during the week. I often schedule appointments for evenings or weekends because that it is most convenient for my clients, but I'm flexible. And obviously, phone-based consultations or tech support can be at most any time.
